REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At JAYB SHOP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Led Red and Blue Light Beauty Instrument must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jayb.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Return Shipping Cost:
- If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, JAYB SHOP will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
